Physicals – Being physically cleared through the school is MANDATORY for all Band and Colorguard students before they are allowed to participate in any activity here on campus. This can be done at your own doctor’s office, or at Carbon Health Urgent Care Clinics. Make sure the physical is done by an M.D., D.O., or P.A. Signatures by Chiropractors or Nurse Practitioners will NOT be accepted. Call ahead to make sure one is available. Registration – If you have not done so, please make sure to complete the registration form that can be found here. It can also be found on page 5 of this slide show. The slide show also contains some important information about getting started with the Raider Regiment Family. Please make sure that a parent or guardian is involved in filling out the form.
